These terms apply to use of dailyandmoree.com and purchases from Daily & More. Read them together with our Shipping, Returns and Refund, Privacy and Payment policies. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter the purchase, or act with appropriate authorization. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Do not use the website unlawfully or interfere with its security or other customers' use. If you create an account, protect your login details and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Product descriptions and suitability

We aim to describe products, materials, sizes, finishes and included components accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect the appearance of colors. This does not excuse a material difference from the description. Review the stated dimensions, quantity, configuration, care requirements and assembly information before purchase. Accessories shown for styling are included only when expressly listed.

For furniture, measure the intended space and delivery route. We will answer reasonable questions before you order. We do not substitute another model, finish or material without agreement.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in the displayed currency. Our current store currency is U.S. dollars unless another currency is expressly selected and confirmed at checkout. Any applicable taxes, delivery charges and other payable amounts must be disclosed before payment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; payment, availability and delivery details may still require verification.

If a genuine listing or availability error affects an order, we will explain it and offer an appropriate solution. We do not impose a higher price on an accepted paid order without your agreement. If we cancel the affected goods, we refund the affected payment.

Promotions and volume discounts

Where advertised and applicable to eligible items, our selected volume offer is:
- 2 eligible articles: 10% off
- 3 eligible articles: 15% off
- 4 or more eligible articles: 20% off

Only the highest eligible level applies automatically; the levels are not added together. Eligibility, the counting of sets or bundles, exclusions, combination with other codes and any campaign end date must be clear in the offer and checkout. A furniture set sold as one product does not automatically count as its individual component pieces. Review the final discount before payment and contact us if it does not match the advertised offer.

Black Friday and other sales

Sale periods apply only as actually advertised. A sale label does not change your rights for damaged, defective or misdescribed goods. We do not use a higher reference price unless there is a lawful basis for the comparison. Any genuine stock or time limitation must reflect the actual offer. Existing orders are not retrospectively changed by a later promotion unless expressly agreed.

Fulfillment, cancellations and refunds

Products may be shipped directly by suppliers. Daily & More remains your contact for the purchase. Delivery services and estimates are governed by the Shipping Policy. If a promised shipping date cannot be met, the applicable delay-consent and cancellation process applies. Our Returns and Refund Policy explains voluntary returns, product problems and refunds.

Payments and order checks

Use only payment methods you are authorized to use. We may carry out reasonable payment and fraud checks, or refuse an order for a legitimate reason such as failed payment, verified unavailability, an undeliverable destination or suspected fraud. If we cancel after collecting payment, the affected amount is refunded. We do not require you to surrender mandatory dispute or chargeback rights.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Website text, design, logos and other protected content belong to Daily & More or the relevant rights holder. Use must respect applicable intellectual property law. You must not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, harvest personal information without authority, impersonate another person or submit misleading information.

Third-party services and product warranties

Payment services, carriers, suppliers and linked websites may have their own terms. Those terms do not remove responsibilities that the law places on us as the seller. Any express product warranty and its provider, scope and claim instructions should be disclosed with the product or order. We do not invent a uniform manufacturer warranty for every item, and this policy does not disclaim mandatory warranties or remedies.

Liability

We are responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning unsafe, defective, undelivered or misdescribed goods. We do not use a blanket waiver to transfer all delivery risk to you at dispatch. Any lawful limit must be applied fairly to the particular circumstances.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms for future use or orders. The version applicable when an order is accepted continues to govern that order unless a lawful change is agreed. Mandatory consumer and privacy protections that apply to you remain effective. Nothing here forces you into arbitration, waives a non-waivable right to bring a claim, or prevents a complaint to a competent authority or court.
