Personal information we collect

• Order details: purchases, payments, returns, customer service messages and delivery instructions

Payment providers process the payment credentials needed for your transaction. We receive transaction and confirmation information; we do not store your full payment card details in our store records.

Sources and purposes

Information comes from you, your interaction with the store, Shopify and providers involved in payments, fulfillment, delivery, security, analytics or advertising. We use it to process orders, communicate about purchases, provide support, manage returns, secure and improve the store, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Where permitted and applicable, we use information for marketing and advertising.

Legal bases where the GDPR applies

Order fulfillment and requested pre-contract steps rely on contract necessity. Tax, accounting and legally required disclosures rely on legal obligations. Proportionate security, fraud prevention and service improvement may rely on legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Optional tracking and marketing rely on consent where required. You may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Required order information is necessary to complete the purchase; optional marketing information is not.

Sharing and direct fulfillment

We share relevant information with Shopify, payment providers, suppliers, fulfillment partners, carriers, support and email services, analytics or advertising providers where applicable, professional advisers and authorities where legally required. A supplier shipping your purchase receives the delivery and order details needed for that task. We do not give suppliers unrestricted permission to use your information for unrelated marketing.

Shopify's role

Shopify hosts our ecommerce services and processes information to provide and improve them. For certain enhanced features, Shopify may act as an independent controller and use information from interactions across merchants. Advertising, cookies and choices

Cookies and similar technologies support checkout, security, preferences and, where enabled and permitted, analytics or advertising. Certain advertising disclosures may constitute a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable U.S. privacy laws. International processing

Information may be processed in the Netherlands, the United States and other countries where providers operate, including China when relevant to fulfillment. Security and retention

We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. We retain information as needed for orders, support, legal recordkeeping, disputes and proportionate fraud prevention. Retention depends on the record type and applicable limitation or accounting requirements. Optional marketing information is kept until withdrawal or until no longer needed, subject to lawful suppression records. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

Marketing and preference signals

Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact us. Essential messages about an existing order may continue. Where required by applicable law, valid Global Privacy Control or other legally recognized opt-out signals are honored for the browser or device concerned and, where supported and required, an associated account. A browser's ordinary Do Not Track setting is not necessarily equivalent to a legally recognized opt-out signal.

Children and complaints

The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian may contact us about information submitted by a child.
